General Specifications:

• Thanks to electronic control, the user can keep every stage of cooking under control according to the characteristics of the product to be cooked.

• Oven room temperature is adjusted according to ±3°C precision. Upper and lower heater powers are controlled separately and both operate with performance in the range of 0 to 100.

• A sensitivity of 3°C is very important when a large number of pizzas are placed in the oven in a row or when the door is left open. When the heat loss in the oven reaches 3°C, the heaters are activated immediately and quickly increase the oven temperature to the level you have programmed before.

• In case the oven interior temperature drops to 25°C and below the desired degree, if the lower and upper heaters are not set to 0, the heaters operate with 100% performance until the temperature inside the oven reaches the desired degree.

• Thanks to the special design of the oven and the heat shielding system, it is ensured that the heat inside the oven circulates homogeneously and that the products are cooked equally in all parts of the oven. In addition, with the heat shielding system, when the oven door is opened, most of the hot air is prevented from escaping directly, and a significant part of it is re-entered and circulated in the oven.

• The heat insulation of the furnace is made with 100 mm thick and high density rock wool on all sides. In this way, it heats up quickly and cools down slowly.

• Furnace chimney mechanism is available.

• Oven interior lighting lamp is easily replaceable and resistant to 500°C.
